Pet Policy
Hidden Lake Apartments is a pet-friendly community where we welcome cats and dogs. Residents are allowed up to a maximum of 2 pets per home. Pet rent is $25 per pet, per month. There is also a $400 one-time fee per pet.Allowed Pets:
- Up to 2 pets per apartment.
- Cats and dogs are permitted.
- Aggressive breeds are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Pit Bull Terriers
- Rottweilers
- Doberman Pinschers
- Chows
- Wolf hybrids
- Any mix of these breeds
- All pets must be registered with the management office.
- Proof of current vaccinations and licensing must be provided.
- A pet fee is required. Please refer to your lease agreement or contact the management office for details.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the apartment.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Any damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
- There is a 75 lb weight limit for dogs.
